A few days ago I was getting into my car after perusing Barnes and Noble and I saw a truly bizarre scene unfold before my very brown eyes...
Imagine it very hot, and two rather plump women running, well, trying to run. I could tell the "good" woman from the "bad" woman right away; only because the "good" woman was in a security uniform and she was chasing the other woman.
First try...the security guard caught the "bad" woman only because she was out of breath, but she wiggled away.
Second try...the security guard grabbed her more fiercely, but the "bad" woman wiggled away again.
Third try...the security guard tried to cuff the "bad" woman, yeah, not happening, she wiggled away.
By this time, I am hoping I don't have to run all the way over there and slap the "bad" woman silly. To my relief, a man that was much closer, saw what was going on, ran over and successfully restrained the "bad" woman. She didn't struggle anymore and the security guard was finally able to call for backup.
A few days later they announced on the news that some big time thieves were caught in St. George and they showed two pictures; yep, one of them was the hefty "bad" woman that tried to get away.
So, what lesson can we take away from this little experience? I am sure you can think of some, but what comes to my mind is that working out at the gym on a regular basis will come in very handy.

Good advice Queen Amanda. I personally love how that story was told almost from a kid with the "good" and "bad" women, for some reason it really made me laugh.
That reminds me of the commercial where the guy is trying to get the jar opened and can't and then it says something about a gym membership... yadda, yadda... and his wife/girlfriend walks up and opens the jar. Priceless. O.k., so only the gym comment reminds me of the commercial, but it's still funny anyway, right?! Just think, if you had run up to help, your mug may have been pictured up there on the screen also for being the big hero.
Oh Mandy, you are my hero. I think you've found your new calling/employment. St. George Police Dept. You go, girl!
